Le Bistrot des Apothicaires sur Remiremont

I thought I knew all the good restaurants in Remiremont... Well no! The Bistrot des apothicaires is a very nice surprise. The setting is elegant and comfortable and the restaurant is much larger than the facade suggests. As for the cuisine, the chef offers, among other things, a very nice formula for 31 with this time a delicious grapefruit gizzard salad and a divine mouse served in a casserole dish with crunchy vegetables and juice to die for.... The friendly service and attentive. Really worth doing again, especially since in the end the bill is rather low compared to what is offered.

We were able to discover brunch for the first time. It was a good buffet with fresh local products highlighted. Madeleines are homemade as well as different dishes like the club sandwich. I recommend it to passing tourists. To discover. 185.90€ with 4 adults and 3 children, drinks included.

A very nice discovery! We arrived for Carnival last night and luckily we got a table, there were 3 of us. To begin with, the restaurant is very pretty, and above all quiet, which is very nice after the road! The service was perfect, rather quick for such quality of cuisine! The waitress was very friendly and gave good advice. We had the special dish of veal fondant in cider with homemade fries. The meat was perfect, as were the fries. For desserts: semi-cooked and fruit, lime goat cheesecake and pumpkin pie. All three were very good! All accompanied by a very good Saint Veran HVE too. It's faultless for us, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the service, we will come back without hesitation! THANKS.

We ate very well, simple and refined, seasonal. I also tasted the best chocolate coulant of my restaurant experience. A downside however for the service, very cold, and not particularly friendly.

A quality meal today with the “opening of fishing” menu. at 31 euros. Personal opinion: I would have preferred another accompaniment than the crozets gratin for the trout which was delicious. The frozen banana parfait for dessert was very good, the little extra hot chocolate was appreciated 😉. We had a great time. The waitress is adorable and the chef is very friendly. As an aperitif, the draft beer was, according to those around me, very good. I recommend this place.

Do not go there on Monday at noon.

Very good restaurant, tasty cuisine, very good value for money, warm welcome, everything is there. Always a pleasure.
