We were delighted to discover this extraordinary place, which is wonderful in every way: refined and generous cuisine, a friendly atmosphere. We tried the Abbesses pâté, a specialty I highly recommend, which, despite its name, is made with fish. A must-try if you're ever in Remiremont.

A superb discovery! Le Bistro des Apothicaires is a warm and welcoming restaurant where you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. The welcome is truly delightful, the service attentive and always with a smile. The dishes are delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great care. Each plate is as beautiful as it is tasty. You can feel the passion of the entire team in every detail. An excellent place that I wholeheartedly recommend. My wife and I went there for dinner; she had merlu and I had sucette de bavette. For a starter, we shared œuf en meurette, and for dessert, we shared vacherin. We also enjoyed a good bottle of Crémant. The food was outstanding and consistently of very high quality. The owner himself came to our table, and the service was very attentive. The ambiance (a former pharmacy) is unique, and we sat outside because it was warm. It was a great place for conversation. I found the price very reasonable, and if I'm ever in the area again, I'll gladly come back.
