Traditional menu, well-prepared dishes made with quality ingredients. My skate wing was excellent. Friendly service, small dining room perfect for a quiet meal. Very good value for money.

Never disappointed when you go to Globe! Delicious dishes that change regularly. Top-notch service with the chef's humor as a bonus. My favorite restaurant in Remiremont!

A really great restaurant! The waitress was energetic and very friendly. The meal was delicious! Everything is homemade. My only minor complaint (3 stars for the food) was the small piece of plastic found in the appetizer platter (around the homemade duck breast, which was vacuum-sealed) – surely an accident.

Le Bistrot des Apothicaires

11/09/2026: We were delighted to discover this extraordinary place, which is wonderful in every way: refined and generous cuisine, a friendly atmosphere. We tried the Abbesses pâté, a specialty I highly recommend, which, despite its name, is made with fish. A must-try if you're ever in Remiremont.
23/08/2026: A very good restaurant in Remiremont. The food is of very high quality, made with fresh, local produce. The service and welcome are also very friendly.
