Very nice experience both the hotel and the restaurant.
Beautiful family room in an old outbuilding tastefully renovated and very spacious. The only downsides are the absence of a small safety barrier in the staircase going upstairs and the absence of an exterior access ramp for strollers and luggage.
Affordable bistronomic restaurant, with tasty dishes and beautiful terraces.
We will come back!

Beautiful area.
But the waiters at the restaurant are not at all attentive to your needs. More than 30 minutes without a glance and without wondering if everything is okay. The 100 euro note has 2… 🤔

Having booked this hotel through a smartbox we were not disappointed. Pleasant welcome, spacious, clean and well decorated room, elegant and very clean bathroom, separate toilets, courtesy tray available, a magnificent spa. The breakfast is plentiful and varied and the person who takes care of it is adorable and does her best to satisfy us. I would add that the hotel is very quiet and well located in the middle of the medieval upper town. Easy to access free parking.

Cannot comment about the rooms as we only called in for a drink in the evening.
But this is clearly an hotel of quality. Located in the heart of the beautiful medieval town of Provins, it has atmospheric outside seating where digs on leads are allowed.
Service is good and the range of drinks ( hot or cold) is extensive.

The site is excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the catering and its staff are of quality, however the reception staff is below everything: not very present, not very diligent, not very professional and above all not very delicate: we were asked several times if we had paid the deposit when booking...
