I recommend this bakery, especially for its generously filled and varied sandwiches, as well as its very original cakes. Good pastries and decent bread.

I highly recommend it. The best bakery in Provins, without a doubt. The sandwiches and salads are very generously filled. Lots of choices. And the desserts are excellent. The pastries are also delicious. Superb quality.

I opted for a burrata salad, which was generally very good and flavorful with the pesto pasta. The only slight drawback: the burrata was only a half portion and its texture was a bit too firm and not soft enough, which is a shame for a burrata…

A wonderful bakery with products you can't find anywhere else. The staff is very friendly. We got the three-chocolate cake for a birthday and it was absolutely excellent; I'll be getting all my cakes there from now on.

28/08/2026: A very warm welcome, a pleasant owner who is attentive to his customers. The food was good and well-presented. We'll gladly return.
23/08/2026: Always a superb welcome; you can park your motorcycle in front and it's watched over. The Caesar salad was very generous. The man with the yellow Triumph.

21/05/2026: We've stayed at this hotel before and have always been delighted. However, our last stay was a real disappointment. The room was nowhere near what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel: mold and dust around the window, faded paint, and stains on the floor. On the other hand, the staff were excellent, as were the restaurant and service. And a big thank you to the masseuse who was perfect.
19/05/2026: We just returned from this magnificent hotel, which is very well located! The staff, from reception to the restaurant, were exceptionally kind! The dinner was generous and delicious; I think the breakfast could be improved, but honestly, everything was perfect. Thank you!
