Magnificent hotel in the heart of old Provin, great location

A warm welcome, top-notch rooms and bedding! The lounge is very pleasant, the breakfasts and meals very good and plentiful. The perfect relaxation space. A wonderful weekend in the heart of this magnificent medieval city.

A very warm welcome like I have rarely seen. The reception did their best to modify our reservation. The room is very comfortable, very nice bathroom. The hotel is well located. I highly recommend

Be careful for sleep apneists, there is no socket under the bedside table, the only socket is on the wall opposite, it was limited to plug in my machine without an extension cord 😰. Still as good, there is no longer the swimming pool, but there is the Lounge bar and cocktails 😎

I loved our stay at this establishment. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. The SPA area is fantastic as is the lounge bar. The icing on the cake: we had a great time at the restaurant!

3 stars for the restaurant part, a little disappointed with the cuisine, the dishes are too ordinary for the price and the decoration is a little dated. But 4 stars because the bar in the basement is just to die for. All that's missing is a piano bar and it's the place to be.

Second stay for us in this sublime establishment and this time on the occasion of New Year's Eve. The hotel is very well located, nicely decorated. As for the superior room, it is very spacious, with a nice bathroom. A huge favorite for the restaurant, offering refined and delicious dishes. Breakfast, brunch, dinner... We had a blast! Perfect service, very friendly restaurant staff. We also took advantage of the private spa for two hours and finished with two Rose Rituals lasting 1 hour 45 minutes. A big thank you to the practitioner, who offers quality massages, we had a great time and we will come back. Ps: Only negative point, the lack of atmosphere after dinner on the 31st, no countdown for the new year, and no dancing evening.. Too bad for a place like this.

With a comma, I would give a 4.8 Except for a small bug when booking via the site, a perfect night!! From the welcome to the breakfast, including the quality of the room (a little small pillow) and the room service. Special mention to the chef's scrambled eggs.
