Overall, a decent stay, but with a few areas for improvement. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which was much appreciated. However, the lack of a minibar in the room was a slight drawback. The housekeeping also left something to be desired: the bed was made, but the sheets didn't seem to have been changed, and some of the towels in the bathroom were slightly stained. It's a shame, because with these improvements, the experience could have been much better.

Thank you to the entire team who were fantastic, from the extremely kind welcome to the restaurants... The spa was a truly relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious and the meals (breakfast and dinner) were generous and excellent.

The hotel is very well located, and the room is spacious and clean. The room had a very pleasant scent. The bed was firm; it could use a softer feel, and you should also offer a selection of pillows, as other establishments in the same category do.
The restaurant is excellent; we had the Easter menu, and it was truly delicious. The morning brunch was very good, but background music in the dining room would have been a nice touch. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly.

We are visiting the town and suddenly run into this restaurant lounge bar. Very nice hospitality from the team, the dinner was not planned but it was a really nice surprise, very Refined taste.

We stayed for one night with spa access, dinner, and breakfast.
First of all, the location is ideal! The courtyard is beautiful and close to the upper town.
I'm deducting one star for the upkeep of the facilities, both shared and private, for a 4-star hotel. It's a shame to have a corridor with a peeling ceiling...
The spa is nice, but not private; a small group of 10 people wouldn't be suitable for more.
Dinner was quite pleasant; the restaurant is very elegant, which we weren't expecting at all... The waiter was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a delight. It's a shame they didn't restock it after the first few guests had left.
I would still recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel.
The indoor pool and spa were very pleasant, and the rooms were spotless!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but we wanted to share one suggestion for improvement regarding breakfast.
The morning organization was a bit chaotic: the various items were spread across three separate tables, which required guests to constantly move around and created a lot of close contact. Furthermore, only one coffee machine for two entire rooms resulted in waiting times and frequent trips back and forth. A more centralized setup or an additional machine would make the experience much smoother and more comfortable.
