We came for lunch with friends and found a bistro whose modest name belies a truly remarkable place. Of course, it's not because of its simple and clean setting, but because of the very high quality of the food, and that's the main thing. The freshness, flavors, and quality of the products cooked and served are all there. A very well-chosen selection of regional wines is offered at very reasonable prices. When the homemade cuisine and wines are so well showcased, you'd think the "Bistrot du Centre" is a good place to be, near the column marking the geographical center of France.

Great lunch meal Quality products Since I'm always in a hurry, the service was a bit slow for my liking (not much patience). I highly recommend it.

A must-visit: the cuisine is original, subtly flavored, and made with fresh, healthy ingredients. The welcome is friendly, and the service discreet and efficient. Very good local wines at very reasonable prices.
