A pleasant evening at this restaurant, excellent food and perfectly cooked meat. The service was a bit slow and the prices rather high, but honestly, everything was more than acceptable.

Chosen by chance because the Michelin-starred restaurant next door was closed, I think I made one of the best choices ever: the first restaurant I tried in France for lunch and the first culinary emotions that are unforgettable. The lunch formula was truly unique and tasty, the service young and attentive, the restaurant very nice and the view fabulous. The price absolutely adequate as well as the choice of wines. A pearl not to be missed.

So, you arrive at Thibault's, you order a sublime meat with an incredible full-bodied jus and you feast and at one point you feel that you are full, we are really there Tintin and you look at your plate and you realize that there is still so much left to eat, and there... it's the mega thrill, and you eat again, what a blast... not to be missed under any circumstances, you come to Blois, you eat at Thibault's.

Unfortunately, the restaurant has changed a lot, not as good as before, various things advertised in the dish but not on the plate. Just good but no surprises and lacking in taste. The atmosphere is not very busy, the service is just OK.
