Typically Norman romantic setting while remaining very chic. The welcome was very smiling, pleasant and attentive. The impeccable and sophisticated meal. We can also see the chef and the brigade through the half-timbering, who move around in the kitchen. I particularly enjoyed the crispy pork which was to die for.

The setting of the bistro is charming! From the starter to the desert, it was a real delight: quality food, regional and seasonal flavors! The vegetarian plate was complete, gourmet and delicious (it’s rare to have such good ones) Very good wines! Thank you so much ! I recommend

Very pleasant family getaway. This Sunday, April 14 at noon. Great welcome, attentive service, quality dishes homemade before your eyes. We see the chefs at work from 10 a.m. doing their shopping, it’s great. Zen and cozy atmosphere. Thanks to Émeline and her team. PS: the fine apple tart is just to die for.

20/08/2024: Beautiful rooms with great amenities and good bedding, room facing the street but very quiet and beautiful view of the village. Spa OK, beautiful swimming pool, sauna OK, hammam HS. Helpful staff. Joint reception of the two hotels in another building is not very serious, especially since the staff accompanies each customer to their room so there is a lot of waiting when people arrive at the same time (which is often the case??! ). Catering at prohibitive prices (including bistro and lounge) but you are prisoners of their monopoly on the village. PdJ (€20) shameful: Nespresso coffee, 1 jam, 2 hams (the latter of course quality, but a more limited choice than at Formula 1).

01/09/2024: Top-notch welcome, service and dishes on the terrace. Excellent cooking of the entrecôte and its delicious blue cheese sauce! It was definitely worth stopping at the Café du commerce! 🔥
