Absolutely perfect. Friendly welcome even though we arrived a little late. From the service to the food, I highly recommend it! The fish and chips was the best I've ever had.

My colleagues from AMEBAT and I always receive a warm welcome there. The staff is incredibly attentive during the meal, with humor, joy, and good cheer. The food is delicious, balanced, and plentiful. It's always a pleasure to come and relax at Professor Auvigné's Bistro!

While in Nantes with my wife, we received a very warm welcome from the entire team, who were friendly and cheerful. We also had a delicious meal; everything was excellent, and I'll definitely keep this address in mind for next time.

30/09/2026: It was a wonderful experience dining here, everything was perfect. Fast, kind, and attentive service. Very original presentation. The variety of Mexican flavors in each dish was surprising and inspiring. The addition of mezcal ice cream was much appreciated. And the mezcal tasting to finish was excellent. Well done 👏

15/09/2026: Great little restaurant, very welcoming, the owner is very helpful, you get the impression he's known the customers for a long time (which must be the case for some). The kebab was incredibly tender with small sautéed potatoes. Don't hesitate to go!
07/09/2026: Second time at this restaurant and still a delight and a great atmosphere! Next time, we'll make time for dessert 😊
