We received a very warm welcome and truly enjoyed our time at the Manoir de la Régate. The cuisine was refined, the service attentive, and the atmosphere very pleasant.
A big thank you also for the little extra surprise with dessert, a thoughtful touch that we particularly appreciated during our evening!

From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was truly perfect. We appreciated the beauty of the setting: both simple and refined, and wonderfully cozy. Each amuse-bouche and course was a true delight for both the eyes and the taste buds. The flavors of the sauces and aromatic herbs melted in our mouths. We had an extraordinary experience and thank the team and servers for the thoughtful touches at dessert time. We even went home with a bag of homemade petits fours and a Nantes cake. We highly recommend this unique place for a truly unique culinary experience! BRAVO AND THANK YOU!

The meal, the wine, the service, the attentiveness of the staff—everything was perfect.
We were fortunate enough to dine in a few one-star restaurants, and Le Manoir de la Régate is far superior. Thank you for this superb lunch.

We had a wonderful time at the Manoir de la Régate! A huge thank you to the entire team for their special attention to my wife's birthday, which was handled with such discretion. Special mention goes to the kitchen tour and the delightful little Nantes cake we left. Everything was perfect!

If I could, I'd give it 6 stars. Everything was perfect. The ambiance, the intimate dining room, the impeccable service, and the excellent dishes, as beautiful as they were delicious. It was our first experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant, and we thoroughly enjoyed it!
