A wonderful culinary experience, the best part being the kitchen tour, the worst being the lack of separate men's and women's restrooms. Highly recommended.

Okay, I'm not a food critic, so I'll keep it simple. A journey in 5 courses (actually 8), where the term "journey" truly comes to life. A real delight! Thank you to Chef Piyr for his warm welcome in the kitchen and to the entire team for their kindness and exceptional professionalism. (Proving that you can provide impeccable service and still smile and joke!) I'll be back because I now want to experience the 10 courses and travel as far as possible in the Loire Valley (and even a little bit in Japan 😀). Thank you!
