Magnificent vegetable and floral cuisine featuring fish from the Loire and Lake Grand Lieu... a lunch on the terrace where we were pleasantly surprised, having opted for the three-course menu, to receive nine different amuse-bouches, each more creative, refined, and meticulously crafted than the last, arriving in three separate courses. The setting on the banks of the Erdre River is particularly pleasant and immediately creates a calm and soothing atmosphere. The place remains elegant without being overly formal, making for a very enjoyable experience.
On the plate, the cuisine is precise, refined, and showcases the ingredients beautifully. The cooking techniques, sauces, and flavor combinations are perfectly executed with a truly distinctive character. Special mention must also be made of the service, which is attentive and professional while remaining natural.
A truly excellent gastronomic restaurant in Nantes where you'll have a wonderful time from beginning to end.

Second time at Le Manoir de la Régate and just as incredible as the first time.
The service is impeccable, the setting magnificent, and every dish a true delight. A great deal of finesse, creativity, and superb balance throughout the entire menu.
