Très bonne cuisine inventive, on se régale. Seul bémol, le service n'était pas très sympa, la serveuse tendue et pas très aimable. Bien dommage car en cuisine, c'est vraiment du très bon travail.

This was an amazing lunch experience. We went for the four course fixed price menu lunch, which was good value. The burrata starter was full of flavour. The lamb shanks, rump steak and swordfish curry main courses were all excellent. The small cheese dish was welcome, and the desserts were amazing. So, I strongly recommend Le Bistrot du Sommelier for the food. As English people, we felt warmly welcomed, and the waiters made our lives easy to order and ask questions. Definitely a five star experience.

One of my favorite places in the region, in the heart of the village, always tasty cuisine, a fantastic wine list, a professional and friendly team, in short, go there with your eyes closed!

The restaurant is located in the pretty village of Valbonne. We ate very well, well presented and tasty dishes. Attentive service, always kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

LA ROSERAIE DU VAL MARTIN

21/09/2024: The setting is very pleasant, as is the view of the golf course. The dishes are good, often with too much sauce though. Negative point: the noise... It's very noisy, and the noise level is further reinforced by music with a lot of bass, which is extremely unpleasant (what use could that possibly be?)

12/08/2024: Typical bistro/resto. Nothing spécial. What i had was good, and thé portions was suficient.
05/07/2024: Affordable and complete lunch menu, with several varieties of dishes, the boss is friendly and the waitress is adorable and accommodating, I recommend for a quick lunch meal.
