The restaurant was very good, except for the lack of peanuts or other snacks to accompany our aperitif, which was a shame.

We came for lunch as a group of three and it was a very pleasant surprise near Dinan. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. Special mention to the waitress who did her job with a smile and a great sense of humor. I highly recommend it :)

We had a wonderful time celebrating my mother's 92nd birthday and a friend's birthday. The atmosphere was very warm and the food was excellent. Thank you for your hospitality.

The new concept for Bouillon Gaston in Dinan is a resounding success. Incredible value for money: 3 glasses of wine, 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, and 2 coffees for €54... unbeatable! The dishes are generous and delicious, the atmosphere is friendly, and the veranda overlooking Dinan harbor is simply stunning. A unique bouillon concept in Dinan. A must-try that I wholeheartedly recommend!

Gaston's bistro, now called Le Bouillon, is a very friendly place! The view of Dinan is magnificent, and the staff is very kind! The waitress who looked after us was really nice and had a great sense of humor! It was so refreshing! And the food was truly delicious! In the end, the bill was incredibly reasonable! For two people, aperitif + wine + starter + main course + dessert + coffee, it came to 54 euros! A great find, we'll be back very soon. Reservations are essential as it gets very busy.

A very cute restaurant, with very welcoming service, an exceptionally friendly atmosphere, and very nice food. We've come several times with family and friends and we've never been disappointed.
