We had a pleasant time at this restaurant. Overall, we were satisfied, and we might even come back! The service wasn't exceptional; they need to make a lot of improvements in that area—it's the foundation of the profession, really. We'll gladly return at the end of the season.

Gaston's Bistro is the kind of place you wish you could find more often. The food is excellent, with generous, homemade dishes that are simple in the best sense of the word, and above all, full of flavor. The prices are very reasonable, which makes the experience even more enjoyable: you can tell they genuinely want to please their customers. The atmosphere is truly fantastic, friendly, and warm. The staff is very pleasant, smiling, and attentive, and the owner deserves a special mention: down-to-earth, approachable, and authentic… almost iconic in his own right. In short, a wonderful, sincere, and welcoming place where you're guaranteed a great time. I highly recommend it!

A very rustic restaurant/bistro that has retained the spirit of its era! A treat for those passionate about beautiful paintings, small architectural details, and tableware. The menu is quite simple, but the dishes are very well prepared (we had sea bream and a steak). The place is very well ventilated when the heat becomes stifling. Views of the Rance River and its forest. A restaurant with a friendly atmosphere, thank you! Easy parking in the private lot! The young crowd from Rennes, second choice! 👍
