Plenty of choice on the menu at weekends. Refined cuisine. We had the monkfish gratin and the sweetbreads, after the foie gras, which was excellent.

A beautiful, simple, and welcoming place in the heart of old Cuiseaux on the church square. It offers feminine and refined local cuisine. The table is well-dressed with beautiful dishes and glasses. The house peach-based aperitif is delicious. There are several set menus to choose from or à la carte, and a daily special made with fresh, local products. A lovely wine list. The next time I'm in Bresse, I'll happily repeat this wonderful gourmet experience. A warm and pleasant welcome. The young chef visits her customers at the end of the service.
