A beautiful, simple, and welcoming place in the heart of old Cuiseaux on the church square. It offers feminine and refined local cuisine. The table is well-dressed with beautiful dishes and glasses. The house peach-based aperitif is delicious. There are several set menus to choose from or à la carte, and a daily special made with fresh, local products. A lovely wine list. The next time I'm in Bresse, I'll happily repeat this wonderful gourmet experience. A warm and pleasant welcome. The young chef visits her customers at the end of the service. Excellent restaurant, nothing to complain about, from the appetizer to the dessert everything was perfect

Excellent. The food was top-notch; I felt like I was eating in a gourmet restaurant. It was so good I finished my sauce with a teaspoon! The service was impeccable, and the waitress was very kind. I recommend it 100%.
