A true gem in the heart of Montpellier. From the moment you arrive, the restaurant captivates with its warm and refined atmosphere, where every detail seems carefully considered. The welcome is genuine, almost intimate, and immediately puts you at ease. As for the food, it's flawless. The dishes showcase inventive cuisine, subtly rooted in local traditions, while also incorporating beautiful touches of modernity. The flavors are perfectly balanced, the ingredients clearly of the highest quality, and the presentation worthy of the finest restaurants. The service, meanwhile, is impeccable: attentive without being intrusive, precise without ever seeming rigid. You can feel a genuine passion for gastronomy and the pleasure of hospitality. This is an establishment that doesn't just nourish, but offers a true culinary experience. A place to discover, and above all, to rediscover.

I didn't know the city very well, but I stumbled upon this lovely square with the wonderful Pierre Nicolas, who, on this public holiday when all the restaurants are closed, guided us through our evening. 18.67 out of 20, just so we never give a perfect score.

The staff were a bit overwhelmed, we didn't order dessert because the waiter couldn't assess whether we could order and eat it in 45 minutes, the date on which we had an appointment for a show located at the theatre 40m away. We only ordered one main course.

Excellent food, very friendly atmosphere, a great find!

Good food. A special mention for the seasonal artichoke and asparagus starters. The gourmet coffee was very indulgent. And a lovely, quiet terrace.

Simple but delicious food, impeccable service. Excellent value for money; less than €50 for two meals. We'll be back.
