We came to lunch at Bistrot Parisien to celebrate my grandmother's birthday, and this meal will remain etched in our memories, largely thanks to Wissam, our server, who was simply remarkable from start to finish. He immediately understood the importance of this lunch to us and was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly professional throughout the service. He combined efficiency and discretion, while maintaining a touch of humor and kindness that put the entire table at ease, including my grandmother, who was particularly touched by his thoughtful gestures. He knew the menu inside and out, gave us insightful advice on dishes and wine pairings, and even took the time to exchange a few personalized words with each of us. At no point did we have to ask for anything: Wissam anticipated our needs with rare elegance. This kind of service is increasingly difficult to find, which is why we wanted to publicly highlight how much Wissam contributed to making this lunch a unique experience.
