A friendly, no-nonsense bistro. You'll eat simple, traditional local dishes, just the way you like them. Bazas beef is on the menu. The welcome is straightforward and friendly. There's no room for extravagance like elsewhere. Open on Sundays. I recommend it.

It's not often we've had the chance to eat meat like this. A perfect Bazadaise steak. Worth the detour. For a starter, homemade foie gras. And the owner pays attention to everything. He tastes the wine before sending out the bottles. So nice. THANKS AGAIN!

A real discovery! This establishment is worth the detour. A hearty "Bazadaise" tartare, so well prepared that for the first time, NOTHING needs to be added!!! Perfectly seasoned, served with homemade fries. An excellent crème brûlée: a wonderful experience, I highly recommend it.

Restaurant Domaine de Fompeyre

18/02/2026: A superb experience! The staff are very welcoming and the place has a warm atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is excellent and offers a beautiful view of the estate's park and the village below. The room was very comfortable, once again surrounded by greenery. The relaxation and leisure area is also very pleasant. In short, a fantastic stay. Thank you for the warm welcome, and we look forward to returning!
