Le Bocage sur Gap

Rather unassuming from the outside, Le Bocage offers a cozy dining room and lovely outdoor lighting, though you can hear the adjacent street (which isn't bothersome!). The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The service was great! 👍

The welcome was warm. We were served quickly. The dishes were generous and homemade. The terrace was pleasant and inviting.

Ordered a generous and delicious cut of meat from the butcher, and excellent homemade fries. Fast and friendly service. I recommend it.

Great place! We were just passing through on our way up to the mountains. Quick service, friendly staff, and parking nearby. We had a great meal with a stroller and high chair – generous portions and reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back!

We chose this restaurant because it was close to our hotel, and we don't regret our choice at all! It was busy last night, but despite the crowd, the owners remained very friendly, smiling, and helpful. It was truly a pleasure to be welcomed with such kindness. The food was excellent; the dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The only small thing I missed—and would have really appreciated—was a brief explanation of the ingredients in my regional salad. It was made with local specialties, and since I'm not from the area, I would have liked to know a little more about what I was eating. Well done to the whole team, and best of luck! 😊

A wonderful discovery at Bocage! The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, accompanied by excellent homemade fries and a delicious porcini mushroom sauce. The portion is generous; you definitely get your money's worth. The chicken ramen is beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, made with fresh, well-seasoned ingredients. The service is quick and efficient. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you can feel the owners' good humor, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent value for money! I highly recommend it!
