I've had lunch at this restaurant several times: always a delight. The service is excellent and exceptionally fast. The food is delicious. The ingredients are fresh. Don't hesitate!

A fantastic place that makes celeriac sexy, I highly recommend it. First of all, the food is excellent, the ingredients are high-quality and prepared with care. Furthermore, the restaurant offers a set lunch menu (starter, main course, and dessert) for only €19, and the prices of the other dishes are clearly justified given the quality of what's offered. Finally, the service is exceptionally fast; the waiter and one of the two chefs have a rare level of coordination that allows for efficient service without any waiting—perfect for a lunch break! I highly recommend this place if you're in Rennes or the surrounding area :)

I used to eat at Le Bocal 15 years ago when I was a student. I went back during the holidays and nothing has changed; it's still perfect. Intelligent wine selection, intelligent and accessible cuisine. The service was impeccable!
