Le Bois Joli sur Groisy

We stayed 3 nights at the Hôtel du Bois Joli and everything was perfect, a beautiful and large renovated room with a view of the valley, delicious breakfasts and dinners with seasonal and local products. A warm, family atmosphere, we will come back and we highly recommend it.

2nd time we came to Bois Jolie (1st time in January with snow), this time in summer and we were not disappointed! Warm and pleasant welcome, the rooms have been renovated, it's very successful! We were able to try the outdoor swimming pool which is very nice. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant (2nd time too), and it was excellent, faultless, both in terms of taste and dishes offered. Breakfast is always good and enjoyable. It’s definitely a good little address to remember if you’re in the area! ---------------------------------------------- Great experience at Bois Joli! Welcome and attentive service. The room is very pleasant, cozy, well renovated and offers a view of the mountains. 10 minutes by car from Thollon-les-memises and with hiking trails around. The restaurant is great, the dishes are sublime; the combination of the different products is perfect, we had a great time!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Our suite was very good, although not exceptional, with the exception of the bathroom which was remarkable. On the other hand, the rest of the hotel is really excellent, in particular the wellness area which includes a jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, as well as a gym. A games area completes the hotel's services with table football, billiards, and many other games, offering moments of relaxation with the family. The outdoor swimming pool is also very pleasant, with a magnificent view. Finally, the staff is welcoming, available and helpful. In summary, this establishment borders on excellence.

We have just stayed there for 3 nights, the owners and the staff are very kind (receptionist, waiter, waitress, cleaning lady), we appreciated the little touches for our children (turbulette and rattle for our son, foaming soap and small water toy for our daughter), we slept in a restored room, the only negative point of the room was the tree in front of the terrace which prevents the light from entering. We were unlucky because we didn't have good weather 😢, we enjoyed the spa as well as the cuisine of the chef who doesn't hesitate to come and chat with his customers 👍. For breakfast everything was perfect. Thank you for your kindness and your sense of hospitality 🙏

Nous y avons diné dans le cadre d'une demi-pension. Tout d'abord, l'ensemble du personnel et la direction sont vraiment aux petits soins pour la clientèle. Coté restauration, les assiettes sont appétissantes et copieusement servies. En demi-pension, nous avons eu certain plats (magret de canard, filets mignon) servi 2 fois dans la même semaine et par contre aucune spécialité savoyardes durant tout le séjour ce que nous avons regretté. Salle de restaurant un peu bruyante, d'autant qu'une salle de jeux pour les petits y est grande ouverte

Nous avons été invités dans ce restaurant que nous ne connaissions pas (nous ne sommes pas de la région). Nous avons passé un agréable moment en terrasse, plats et desserts très bons, patronne et personnel très agréables. Nous y retournerons si l'opportunité se présente.
