Absolutely fantastic! I called at the last minute to reserve a table for two and we received a super warm welcome. They accepted my dog ​​and even seated us in a quiet corner so she could be undisturbed. The waiter even brought her a bowl of water during the meal, a truly lovely touch. The pizzas were excellent, and the chocolate fondant… incredible! The waiter was very pleasant and smiling. The interior is also beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere is cozy. I had already been there in the summer to eat on the terrace, and it was just as enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

An exceptional Burgundy burger, the homemade bun was golden brown, crispy on the outside and soft inside, with divine meat! A very warm welcome and attentive service. I highly recommend it!

We received a very warm welcome at Borsalino in Haguenau. The staff and owner were attentive and very pleasant, making for a pleasant experience from the moment we arrived. However, and this is an important point for us: the burger meat is halal. Personally, I don't understand what religious preference has to do with a restaurant in France. The slaughter is done without prior stunning, and for us, this doesn't correspond to the humane slaughtering practices we expect in our country. We had planned to enjoy their burgers, but this discovery put us off and prevented us from fully enjoying our meal. Despite this, the service remained impeccable.
