An exceptional Burgundy burger, the homemade bun was golden brown, crispy on the outside and soft inside, with divine meat! A very warm welcome and attentive service. I highly recommend it!

We received a very warm welcome at Borsalino in Haguenau. The staff and owner were attentive and very pleasant, making for a pleasant experience from the moment we arrived. However, and this is an important point for us: the burger meat is halal. Personally, I don't understand what religious preference has to do with a restaurant in France. The slaughter is done without prior stunning, and for us, this doesn't correspond to the humane slaughtering practices we expect in our country. We had planned to enjoy their burgers, but this discovery put us off and prevented us from fully enjoying our meal. Despite this, the service remained impeccable.

We spent our birthday in France on holiday, and two months before we even booked our accommodation, I had already reserved a table here at Borsalino. The confirmation came quickly, and I must say we were thrilled. A wonderfully warm atmosphere and very friendly staff. You're always greeted warmly and even cordially. The food was absolutely delicious, and you can really feel the lovely ambiance. Thank you so much for this wonderful evening. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back. We arrived very late after a movie and they kindly offered us a table! We had a wonderful meal! It had been a long time! We'll definitely be back! Always so good, always so friendly!
