Good food adapted to the daily deliveries. The terrace is lovely, and the owners provide impeccable service. I highly recommend it.

We had a family meal today and the food was excellent. The dish was exceptional, the place was peaceful, and the decor was beautiful. We were welcomed like old friends. I plan to return next time I'm in Ajaccio.

Le Bosco is located on a quiet street in Ajaccio and is run to exceptional standards. Claire and François, who run the restaurant, are the loveliest people. There is a great deal of attention to detail: the correct cutlery and crockery laid out for each meal, the pleasant Buddha water feature, the uncrowded layout, and the unobtrusive background music. The result is an ambience that is elegant, relaxing and entirely different from other restaurants in Ajaccio. The food is cooked to exceptional standards. We ate there on three occasions during our stay — my 9-year-old daughter literally asked to eat there every evening because the food was so good. We did try most of the menu as a result. The tomato and burratina starter, the sea bream, the John Dory and the prawn risotto were all excellent. The grilled Iberian pork pluma was meltingly tender, and my daughter could not get enough of it. Thank you, Claire and François, for your elegant restaurant, for always welcoming us with a smile, and for helping to make our trip to Corsica entirely memorable!

A wonderful experience! Excellent cuisine, a small menu but quality ingredients, and a warm welcome. The owner is very friendly, and his wife is a skilled cook. Their food is well worth the trip. We hope to return soon.
