Wow! We had a blast! We loved the originality in the flavors Lemon puree, mozzarella whipped cream, tapenade tartare, roasted peach.. A delight! Well done to the young chefs and thank you to the waitresses for the atmosphere

A former field hospital for the place, an indescribably good welcome, really very pleasant to my taste and advice for the relevant wine and then the plate..... Nothing to complain about except compliments. Inventiveness, finesse, good proportion, in short, congratulations to the kids in the kitchen. An address to discover but be careful you become addicted.

A very high quality menu at an affordable price. A chef with a strong personality, who knows how to animate and welcome. An exceptional setting under the plane trees in the beautiful historic center of Sauve. Don't hesitate! I recommend!

Wij hebben gisteren bij dit restaurant gegeten met 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. De ligging is gewoon fantastisch. Sauve is een van de mooiste dorpjes in de Gard en dit restaurant is echt gelegen in een typisch Frans pand zoals je het in je dromen voorstelt. We werden vriendelijk begroet door de dames van de bediening en de bazin. Zij heeft ons trouwens ook een top wijn aangeboden! Voor de kinderen stond er een doos klaar voor speelgoed en zij konden ook fijn spelen op het pleintje. Het eten was zeer zeer zeer lekker, een heel eerlijke en smaakvolle keuken. Het mochten alleen wat grotere porties zijn. De broodmandjes werden telkens wel goed bijgevuld wat dan weer een pluspunt is. Kortom, prijs-kwaliteit-sfeer-smaak een echte aanrader! Wij komen zeker terug! Ps: Maak zeker gebruik van het toilet! Dat is echt te gek! Dankjewel!
