A must-try in Ancenis. The chef knows how to work with fresh ingredients. Everything is truly excellent. The service is friendly and efficient. It's a shame this restaurant is a bit hidden in the center of Ancenis, but it's well worth the effort to find. The only minor point for improvement is the decor; the atmosphere is a little cold.

January 2026 It's now BàO, still offering excellent, fragrant, and flavorful food. And we've gained a warm welcome and impeccable service thanks to a young waitress.

Delicious! The arrival of this new menu has delighted my taste buds. The dishes are beautiful and tasty; the rice is perfectly cooked and seasoned, contrary to what some reviews say. I find the maki rolls well-balanced and highly recommend them. And above all, homemade sushi, maki, and ramen?! Yum! Thank you to the chef for the quality cuisine! The welcome and service are very pleasant. I've been several times, and the waitress is always so warm and friendly! Plus, the restaurant is very well located right in the city center. Thank you for this experience; I will come back as often as possible to enjoy these comforting flavors :)

Very good ramen. And if you don't finish, you can take the leftovers home. Very pleasant service. And for those who have trouble with chopsticks, cutlery is available at the entrance. I recommend it.

Delicious and fresh! We love it!

I highly recommend it! Great evening, and I'm not even a big fan of Asian food. A wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Excellent service, and the dining room, without all the usual glitz and glamour, is very welcoming. I came for the food that was recommended to me, and THANK YOU... it was delicious and the portions were generous! Well done!

Maki and katsudon tested and approved, very friendly service. I'll definitely be back and try the ramen.
