The couscous was bland and barely warm, still tasty but disappointing. Price was reasonable.

22/03/2026: We used La Toile à Beurre for our wedding and we were absolutely delighted! Everything was perfect from start to finish: excellent organization, a very professional team, attentive and discreet on the wedding day. The dishes were delicious and a hit with all our guests. 01/03/2026: A must-try in Ancenis. The chef knows how to work with fresh ingredients. Everything is truly excellent. The service is friendly and efficient.
It's a shame this restaurant is a bit hidden in the center of Ancenis, but it's well worth the effort to find.
The only minor point for improvement is the decor; the atmosphere is a little cold.
25/02/2026: We loved it! This establishment is dedicated to customer satisfaction. The food is fresh and delicious, and the portions are generous. We highly recommend this restaurant.

18/04/2026: We've been there 2-3 times already and it's always a pleasure! Being from Brittany myself, I can assure you that you won't be disappointed by the galettes (and even less so by the welcome!).
05/04/2026: A lovely, generous plate of food, very friendly servers. It's a bit pricey for crepes, but we'll gladly return. Special mention to the young waiter who was super efficient and really went the extra mile! It's refreshing to see young people who aren't afraid of hard work!

29/10/2025: We've been coming occasionally for several years and frankly, we have nothing to complain about, it's always so good and the waitress is amazing, always smiling. My aunt introduced us to the restaurant; she comes here very often and is always satisfied.

11/04/2026: We came with 10 aircraft from the South Vendée region for lunch together. Seventeen pilots, students, and instructors were around the table.
Excellent welcome. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money: a starter, main course, and dessert for €20—that's impressive, and it was delicious. Well done!
The service was quick and efficient.
In short, a very good place to eat, and we'll gladly return.
