Excellent restaurant! Pleasant atmosphere, fast service, and delicious food 😊 If I had to mention one negative point, it would be the lack of sauce with the filet mignon and fries 😋 I recommend this restaurant and I will definitely return.

19/08/2026: A pleasant evening outdoors with a very warm welcome and excellent service. The meal was good, although the price didn't seem justified in my opinion, or perhaps it needed a bit more attention to detail (the gravlax starter was more visually appealing than the crispy reblochon and apricot dish, for example – the folding and presentation were poor – a subtle hint of the interior in the glaze would have been nice). However, the lemon curd dessert was a real highlight. It was good, but I was a little disappointed by the presentation. The dining room itself was beautiful, unique, and well-maintained. Restaurant République Côté Jardin

18/09/2026: Fabulous, everything was perfect. The food was delicious, from appetizer to dessert. The welcome was warm, and the staff very attentive. At the back of the restaurant, you can have lunch on a quiet outdoor terrace. It was a fabulous experience; I will definitely be back. Thank you.
