Le Bouchon sur Saint-Girons

Nice overall, quick service. However, I was very disappointed with the seasonal vegetables, which were the same as this summer, except now it's February. Frozen vegetables cooked over a wood fire. A mix of eggplant, zucchini, peppers, and mushrooms. Not exactly in season and, on top of that, badly burnt by the fire. Otherwise, the meat was very good.

We came for dinner one New Year's Eve with friends (6 people), received a very warm welcome, and what can we say about the food? Everything was perfect and delicious, leaving us wanting more. Despite a busy service and only one server, he was quick and attentive. In short, thank you to the server for being there, and we highly recommend this establishment.

I loved my meal at this restaurant! We stumbled upon it after a stroll through the market, and we have absolutely no regrets. I ordered the pork tomahawk steak; it was hearty and delicious. I really appreciated the fact that the kitchen is right there in the dining room with you—it's a nice change of pace, and it wasn't any noisier for it. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The meal was fantastic, made with only fresh ingredients, and the service was impeccable and friendly. Even though we arrived a little late, we had a wonderful time from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team, keep up the great work! 🫶

Fantastic. One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Welcoming and friendly staff, excellent food at a very reasonable price. The meat is very good, the fries are great, the salads are substantial and easily serve as a main course. The lemon tart is unusual in appearance but delicious. Go without hesitation.

Really nice...the desserts are homemade, of course...but the prices are high...
