Delicious cuisine in an atmosphere of good family atmosphere so rare these days! A chef Jean Francois and his wife, both very friendly and at the head of a pleasant and professional team. I highly recommend the establishment!

I have had the pleasure of dining a few times at the restaurant Les Bouchons des Radeliers in Chamblay and I am still delighted with my experience. The service is impeccable with smiling, kind and adorable waiters and waitresses. The quality of the dishes is perfect, although I often order the same dishes, such as salads, burgers or even fondue. The dishes are quite generous, especially if you opt for a starter + main course + dessert formula (have a big appetite 🤣). The owners are kind and smiling, even rather generous when it comes to the quantity on the plates. The decoration and style of the restaurant perfectly immerse us in the atmosphere of the rafters, making the experience even more pleasant. However, I recommend making a reservation to be sure of having a place, which seems completely normal to me given the popularity of the place. I also believe, after reading the other comments, that we must also respect the work of the service which can sometimes be a little long when there are a lot of people, but this should not be taken into account systematically. The staff remains human, they have to put themselves in their place too. They are young and motivated, we must salute them! In short, an address to recommend without hesitation!

Great small place, very french atmosphere, friendly staff, great local/typical dishes, french music from the 40's 50's. "Douce France" etc etc... Just lovely!!

An unforgettable family experience. Everything is absolutely perfect, the welcome, the grandmother-style home cooking, the service... and the boss! But what a shock this kindness and this interpersonal skills are. Well done to the whole team. And above all: “fondue is life!” 😁😁😁

Miraculous place where we came at 13 for Sunday lunch at short notice... warm and attentive welcome, poor service despite our number and a Grandma's cooking as the boss says... "cooked" cuisine with a tasty fondue, a generous pan, tender meats cooked to perfection... and the desserts... wow

Si vos pas vous mènent dans le Jura, arrêtez vous à Chamblay, au Bouchon des Radeliers. Situé à 9,5 km d'Arc et Senans et environ 14 km d'Arbois, ce restaurant mérite assurément le détour. Dès votre arrivée, vous plongez au cœur des années cinquante. La décoration est un plaisir pour les yeux et la musique d'ambiance est assortie au décor. Le personnel de service, à l'image du patron et chef cuisinier, est accueillant et très attentif à votre bien être. Quels que soient l'entrée, le plat ou le dessert que vous choisirez, vos papilles gustatives seront au Paradis. De la croûte aux morilles à la pièce de boeuf aux morilles en passant par la tête de veau sauce gribiche ou au burger maison, aux glaces ou aux profiteroles, tout est un régal. Le chef cuisine avec amour des produits de qualité et prend le temps de venir converser avec vous. Cet endroit est une pépite, un bijou de qualité et vous y passerez un excellent moment. We had a great time at Bouchon des Radeliers in Chamblay. With my wife Désirée, we opted for the Comté fondue with morels and vin jaune as well as the pan-fried tuyé, and we were not disappointed. The products are of very good quality, the dishes were generous and delicious. The rustic and friendly setting immediately put us at ease, and the welcome was simply excellent. The managers and the waitress are extremely welcoming, caring and always smiling, with a nice sense of humor which we also liked. We feel that they do everything they can to make their customers feel good. We come away from this restaurant with great emotions and it is certain, we will remember it for a long time. A restaurant where you can relax and enjoy quality service and quality artisanal French cuisine. The waitresses are very friendly, love their work and listen to their customers. Deserts are elaborate entirely on site and the dry drinks that accompany the coffee are great. A cuisine that stands out from other brands that don't deserve our money. Looking forward to seeing each other again
