Excellent restaurant in a very pleasant neighborhood of Caen. "It's better when it's good" – a good guide that led us to this great place. A must-try!

Excellent restaurant from start to finish. The meat was very tender. I'm discovering it and I'll be back. The service was perfect, as was the food. Bravo!

Absolutely delicious dinner. The casserole (see photo) as a starter is definitely worth trying. Very pleasant atmosphere, excellent welcome, and attentive service. I'll be back to try all the dishes :)

We came here for dinner last night after this restaurant was recommended to us, and we were immediately intrigued when we arrived. The place is very small and narrow, but the warm atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff make it well worth a visit. There were two options for dinner: either the à la carte menu, which offers three different choices and is very generous, or the chef’s recommendation of an entrecôte. We decided to go for the entrecôte, which cost €40, the same price as the set menu. The entrecôte was absolutely outstanding. A special mention also goes to the carrot purée served alongside it — an excellent accompaniment. The cider we had with dinner was delicious as well. To finish, we shared a cheese platter, and the selection of Normandy cheeses was truly exceptional. The only real downside of the evening was the service, which was extremely slow. We had to wait around an hour between ordering and having our dishes arrive at the table. That said, the quality of the food more than made up for the wait. The bill was very fair for what we ate — actually, I would say it was almost surprisingly low considering the quality. Excellent food, friendly staff, and a charming atmosphere. Definitely recommended if you don’t mind waiting a little for your meal.

A place worth stopping at! Although you should definitely book ahead (it fills up quickly, but that's understandable given the quality of the food). The owner explains each dish with a smile. The plates are magnificent, both visually and in terms of taste! Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience!

We spent a night in Caen and were looking for a place to have dinner. We saw the good reviews and went. Small, cozy place, a small menu but very well prepared. A great find. The service was excellent. Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT!!! Honestly, a fantastic place that's well worth the trip! The food was truly delicious, and the welcome was incredibly friendly and attentive. The service was impeccable, the portions generous, and the value for money was excellent. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be back!!

Everything was perfect. The food was excellent, the dishes well-balanced, with particular attention paid to the cooking of the fish. The service was also impeccable; it's always nice to have a detailed description of the dishes so you can fully appreciate them. Note that reservations are recommended.
