Everything was perfect! From the setting to the food, we had a delightful dinner. We were warmly welcomed by Océane and attentively served by the charming Tiphaine. Not forgetting the staff we didn't see (the chefs) who worked with beautiful local ingredients to the fullest.
From the beef carpaccio to the roasted St. Marcellin cheese, our taste buds were in heaven.

We used this hotel as a base for a 4-day cycling trip on the Loire à Vélo route. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, with ample parking and a bike storage area. The welcome was warm and friendly, both at the hotel and in the restaurant, which is well worth a visit. The cuisine is refined, using quality ingredients, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.
