A fantastic restaurant with a family atmosphere. The food isn't just delicious, it's also homemade! The homemade fries are a real treat, and the meat is always of excellent quality. The daily specials are constantly changing, and it's a pleasure to eat at L'Avenue, whether with family, as a couple, or with friends!

Always a warm welcome, simple, homemade dishes, generous portions, and above all, affordable. Something for everyone! Special mention for the ham with blue cheese sauce and homemade fries!!! You won't find it anywhere else in Nevers! Céline and Cyril give us impeccable service; we highly recommend it. Céline and her team! See you Thursday!

Another bright spot for traditional French brasseries! Daily specials that change, and above all, you can feel the owner's passion! Reasonable prices. A little disappointed by the fries, but at least they were homemade! Well done, and see you soon. Jimmy.

25/04/2026: Simple and very good food. Peaceful and quiet setting.
20/04/2026: A small, very good and friendly restaurant right in the city center. The staff was attentive to requests and preferences (raclette wasn't on the menu, but since it was cheese, they happily made it for my son anyway). A simple place with generous and high-quality dishes. This was my second visit in a month (my first time was for dinner), and it was a delight once again.

29/11/2025: Don't be put off by the reviews about the service, because we were truly very well received, with smiles and humor. The food was genuinely homemade, which justified the slight wait. And the homemade fries!
