A charming restaurant with a very warm welcome. The dishes are delicious, the recipes are all original and mostly made with fresh, local produce. We will gladly return.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The dishes were delicious, generous, and prepared with truly sophisticated flavors. The service was both very pleasant and extremely professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a delicious meal and a truly great time.

Excellent place! The breaded pork loin was amazing, the spelt risotto was delicious, and the chocolate desserts and mille-feuille were wonderful... Pure bliss!

I don't usually leave reviews; the culinary experience is personal, and frankly, some of the comments are awful. I'm making an exception for this restaurant, which is committed to using high-quality local produce and wines you'd never find anywhere else. As for the quality of the food, I said I wouldn't comment, but you probably guessed it! Well done, keep up the good work!

This is my second visit to this restaurant and I haven't been disappointed. The food is delicious and offers original flavors. The menu changes regularly. The service is warm, friendly, and pleasant. They serve expertly prepared dishes at reasonable prices, which is increasingly rare and worth mentioning! I will definitely return.

After searching for a place to eat (about an hour), I finally stopped here out of desperation. I walked in without a reservation and received a very warm welcome. As a result, I had a great meal; each dish was delicious and the staff explained everything. Two negative points, however: 1/ The water wasn't to my taste. 2/ The flavors in some dishes were a bit off, meaning that with some, you only tasted a single flavor instead of experiencing a real explosion of taste. In short, next time I'll come back and make a reservation.

We had often been recommended Le Bouchon restaurant in Gap for its local cuisine with Mediterranean touches blended with Asian flavors. We arrived quite early and started with excellent apple-ginger juice. While waiting for our starters, we were served a few cauliflower bites, equally delicious. We had ordered only one starter: a soft-boiled egg, squash velouté, and truffle cream. After tasting my partner's, I loved it so much that we ordered a second, which arrived in less than five minutes: very efficient service. For our main courses, we chose pork loin and chicken ballotine, both excellent, even though they weren't on the menu that evening. Meanwhile, the restaurant filled up considerably, especially with the arrival of a table of eight. Unfortunately, we then waited about 30 minutes without our plates being cleared or being able to order dessert. It was getting late, so we decided to pay and leave, which was a shame because the desserts looked very tempting. The waiter apologized for the wait and offered us complimentary drinks, a gesture we greatly appreciated. This is what convinced us to come back and try the desserts again… and finally taste them.
