What a perfect spot to get out of the scorching sun and enjoy a lovely, Alsatian lunch! We both had Rösti (I had Alsatian, served with ham and he had Normandy, served with smoked trout and a poached egg), both were served with a salad and were delish. Lovely coffees and dessert served with a smile so this place is easy to recommend .

We stopped at this tea room for lunch and we weren't disappointed! Healthy cuisine that combines regional products with originality, at reasonable prices compared to other restaurants in the center of Colmar. Friendly and efficient service. In addition, there's a wide selection of pastries, as well as quality hot drinks (Mariage Frères tea 🫖).

A very pleasant experience during lunch with my mother. The waitress was lovely. The dishes and homemade desserts were very fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it!

03/01/2026: We made a last-minute reservation and got a table. We received a very warm welcome, the service was excellent and well-paced, and the owner had a friendly, witty remark and a genuine desire for quality. We ordered two set menus: starter, main course, and dessert, including gratinated scallops, sauerkraut, and trout, followed by a sorbet with a generous splash of liqueur and a chestnut tart. The large dining room was beautifully decorated with ample space between the tables, creating a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. We have no regrets and will definitely return, especially since the menu changes regularly!

02/06/2026: A wonderful discovery! The American atmosphere is original and welcoming, and the decor is truly lovely. The burgers are delicious, generous, and prepared with care. The staff is friendly, smiling, and attentive. We had a fantastic time as a family. I highly recommend it, and we will gladly return.
