First time at Bouillon for me and my partner. It's definitely worth the money, given the very affordable price. The fries were pretty good, the meat was decent but not very flavorful, the pea soup was quite good (as was the chocolate raspberry fondant), but the avocado and shrimp dish was questionable and the rosé wine jug clearly hadn't been washed...

12/08/2026: Pleasantly surprised. I've always been apprehensive about eating Lyonnaise cuisine because I know there's quite a bit of offal involved. But in the end, I chose the cheapest set menu, and it was fine... the andouillette sausage was a bit cloying at one point, but still tasty. On the other hand, the plum "tart" wasn't anything special in terms of taste, and the presentation could be improved. Quick update August 2026: I went there 10 days ago in the evening. There were about ten of us, and I ordered the octopus with chorizo ​​sauce (the combination wasn't my favorite), but I went along with the group and ended up being pleasantly surprised—it was absolutely delicious. For dessert, I had a caramelized apricot panna cotta: a delight! Special mention to the waiter, who was smiling and very professional, which I find rare in Lyonnaise restaurants. Well done, young man! We'll be back.
