There are two gluten-free options on the menu, both sweet. We had a sort of "healthy" dark chocolate bar with an almond flour base, peanut butter, and a chocolate topping. It was good. A cortado was €2.90. A bit pricey, but the service was good, and it was the only gluten-free place we found open in the afternoon (at 4 pm; this place closed at 6:30 pm). The place is nice, and the service was friendly.

Every time I come, it's a real treat! I introduced the restaurant to my mother, who also loved it! The value for money is excellent, and the service is top-notch! I highly recommend this place!

A lovely first experience on the evening of the eclipse with the family. The food was good quality, the portions generous, and the prices reasonable. However, the service was a little slow. We had booked the day before.

The servers were very friendly, the burgers were excellent, and the ribeye steak was very tender and delicious. The duck breasts were also delicious. The cooking was perfectly executed, and the portions were very generous. The desserts were also very good and generous. We had a wonderful time as a family. We arrived late but were warmly welcomed with smiles and kindness. I highly recommend it.

A fantastic spot on Boulevard des Pyrénées! We had a wonderful time! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the setting is simply magnificent with its stunning view of the Pyrenees. The food is truly excellent, and the portions are generous. Special mention goes to the foie gras; they serve enormous blocks of superb quality—the taste is unmistakable! And it's consistent with the rest of the menu. Frankly, for such a location with this view and this level of quantity/quality, the prices are very reasonable.

Le Cafe Du Grand Prix

02/06/2026: We've seen many reviews about this café/restaurant... very mixed. Personally, we live in the Pau area and love coming here for a drink. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, and the setting in Beaumont Park is lovely. We ate here tonight, and the food and gourmet coffee were excellent. No complaints whatsoever, and the waiter was fantastic. We think it deserves top marks for this type of service, and a special mention goes to the waiter. We'll definitely be back.
02/06/2026: I came with two friends and we had a wonderful time. The service was discreet, efficient, and very professional. The dishes were served with great care; even in a bistro setting, you could feel the genuine attention paid to each plate, both in terms of taste and presentation. The cocktails were excellent, and the setting is simply perfect. Admittedly, the prices might seem a bit high, but the experience more than justifies them. This isn't my first visit, and it's always a pleasure to return. A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation. Congratulations to the kitchen staff and the teams who handle the service and reception at the hotel.
