The booked stay went well: the location, the spa, the room and the meal. However, it was not won because the manager was visibly moody, she had hung up on my 80 year old mother when she tried to book (twice because it was not the right time) . So not professional. However, it is the customers who make a tourist place come alive. It's a shame when we offer zen... so this will be a first and last time. There is competition in the region.

Superb place perched above Orbey. The view from there is very beautiful. Warm welcome and comfortable rooms. What we taste is also up to par and it’s excellent! The “gallows” that make the restaurant’s reputation are worth discovering and I recommend them! All good!

On vacation the week of August 15 we had an excellent stay with the added bonus of an excellent barbecue on August 15. Masterful buffet of very good quality. Plus two nice singers. Experience to be repeated without a doubt.

Endroit très bucolique et atypique. Trés beau cadre Nous étions 6 et tous satisfaits de l'accueil et des plats servis (certes carte limitée le dimanche) mais cuisine succulente. Nous reviendrons 205€ pour 6 avec les boissons. Prix correct Bémol : paiement 1€ ls 2 doggy bag.

Un super endroit pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Le paysage est magnifique, le personnel très accueillant et serviable, le restaurant est beau ainsi que notre chambre confortable avec une très bonne literie. Pas de luxe ni chichi le tout était parfait. Dans notre forfait nous avions profité d'une heure de sana et jacuzzi finlandais avec 2 coupes de crémant et une demie bouteille d'eau pour s'hydrater. Puis suivi d'un excellent dîner potence salé et sucré . Un petit déjeuner buffet campagnard de très bonne qualité et du choix. Merci à tous pour ce merveilleux moment que nous avons passé dans votre établissement.

04/09/2024: An address that you would like to keep to yourself, that's how wonderful it is at Alisiers. If you can do without a pool and spa, this is the place for you. You can enjoy breathtaking views from the restaurant, the terrace and some rooms, as well as light, local, tasty cuisine with vegetables from their own garden. There are excellent wine recommendations to accompany the meal. But above all, the warm owners Caroline and Matthias Degouy create a feel-good atmosphere without being intrusive. The charm of this hotel-restaurant is incomparable. Of course, the beds are very comfortable, the towels are fluffy and the rooms are absolutely clean. It's just difficult to leave because you don't want to leave. Lapoutroie is an ideal starting point for hikes or visits to beautiful villages and towns in Alsace. We would like to thank Caroline, Matthias, Benoit, Jeanne and the entire team for an unforgettable celebration. Everything was perfect!
