An exceptional human and culinary experience! The meal was simply excellent, but what will remain etched in my memory is the incredible welcome from the team. Everyone works with a smile and rare kindness. Unfortunately, I felt a little faint during the meal, and the team, along with a volunteer firefighter, took excellent care of me with immense kindness and responsiveness. You truly feel valued, far more than just a customer. A huge thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and your big hearts. I will return with immense pleasure (in better shape this time!) and I recommend this place without hesitation.

We went there for lunch. A very warm welcome and excellent food. The view over the Kayserberg valley is magnificent. A suggested post-lunch stroll: the Faudé tower.

Excellent inn, a lovely menu, very professional service and very good food

We just returned from this charming establishment. The rooms are incredibly clean. The restaurant is very, very good, and so is the breakfast. We appreciated their commitment to using local products as much as possible. We came with our two little girls. We never once felt like we were intruding, despite our children being quite noisy. All the staff were very kind to them and to us. We highly recommend it and will gladly return to this relaxing setting in the heart of the mountains.

So, if I tell you everything, no one will have the patience to read to the end, so in short, go see the young girl from the forest and her husband, the master chef. Such a warm welcome, divine cuisine, top-notch service—in short, nothing more to add, except to go and discover it for yourself.

Thank you for the excellent welcome! Everything was perfect: the jacuzzi with its view of the valley, the sauna... The hot tub was excellent, and the waiter was fantastic! We will cherish the memories of this stay!

We went to lunch at this inn after learning it had won the prize for best vol-au-vent at the Strasbourg European Fair. While the vol-au-vent was indeed good, with veal and poultry, at €32 or €33 a plate, it was still a bit pricey! It's a shame because the other dishes on offer are significantly cheaper and just as good. I'd be curious to know the price of this dish before the competition. As it is, you get the unpleasant feeling of being the chicken that's been plucked. What a pity!

Due to a misunderstanding regarding our reservation, we arrived without a confirmed table. Although the restaurant was full, the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. A rare gesture, accompanied by impeccable service. Thank you for your hospitality.
