A truly exceptional restaurant!! I was captivated by the Trattoria atmosphere of Braséro, and the dishes lived up to expectations. As a huge fan of fresh pasta, I often make it at home and am therefore quite picky, but this was outstanding! I enjoyed delicious pasta all'ortolona, ​​and the conversation with the staff and the chef, especially about his Italian influences, left me with a wonderful memory :) I don't dine here often, but I will definitely be back and will certainly take your menu for inspiration if I ever open a Trattoria della Pasta. We loved Sisteron. A magnificent village with beautiful views. The people were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A truly wonderful and enjoyable discovery. Thanks to the online community for guiding us to this restaurant with its excellent value for money, thanks to the reviews! We were seated at 1:30 pm just as the kitchen was about to close. The welcome was very friendly, and the three-course meal (all homemade) cost around twenty euros. Everything was delicious and quite generous. To top it all off, the decor is warm and inviting, and the rooftop view is a bonus! Best of luck to the team!
