Top service and super friendly. A little wait for cooking but that's normal, it's proof of freshness. Top notch cuisine. And quality and quantity assured. Very reasonable price. Recommended: andouillette or hamburger with Angus beef and homemade fries. Very easy to park, parking nearby. Address to keep.

We were passing through Sisteron, and had lunch at the “Brasero”. We recommend this restaurant for the quality of the service and the dishes (homemade). Reservations are strongly recommended. We will return with great pleasure.

Situé dans une rue calme, ce restaurant offre une cuisine faite maison, de goût avec des produits frais, le tout pour un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le service y est agréable alors allez y les yeux fermés !

03/07/2025: Everything is perfect. A warm welcome, a varied menu with fresh produce, generous plates, masterful cooking and refined flavors. Impeccable, professional and friendly service. I highly recommend.
02/07/2025: Good IF YOU'RE NOT A COUPLE IN LOVE I booked the day before, specifying not to be in the middle of the passage because the previous time it was already the case. No attention to my request!! Simple but good food, I don't know the view looked nice, but not from the entrance of the room (twice). I won't go back.

08/07/2025: Nice place for a drink, but the terrace is next to a very noisy road. We ordered a small board, the bread was dry and the board wasn't fresh (prepared then left in the fridge for a while), and we paid €20 for average quality. We were rather disappointed...
05/07/2025: Hiking around Sisteron in the heat was exhausting. The young waiter kindly took care of me. A pleasant bar where you can recharge your batteries. Breakfast is available. Good to know, as hotels in France often come at an extra cost. I didn't eat there. Super-friendly young team!
