Le brasero sur Sisteron

We discovered this restaurant a few months ago and have been going back whenever we can ever get our hands on it. The concept is original, with the option of cooking your meat on small braziers placed on the table (like fondue, but with embers). The dishes are homemade, and everything we've tried has been excellent. The pasta is also homemade, and the scallop and salmon pasta is particularly good. A place worth knowing about.

On our way back from our family vacation, we were looking for a restaurant in Sisteron that could accommodate 8 people at 1 p.m. We booked a table at Le Brasero and we certainly weren't disappointed. The welcome and service were top-notch! The food was excellent and the prices very reasonable. The upstairs restrooms were very clean. A very pleasant experience!

A truly exceptional restaurant!! I was captivated by the Trattoria atmosphere of Braséro, and the dishes lived up to expectations. As a huge fan of fresh pasta, I often make it at home and am therefore quite picky, but this was outstanding! I enjoyed delicious pasta all'ortolona, ​​and the conversation with the staff and the chef, especially about his Italian influences, left me with a wonderful memory :) I don't dine here often, but I will definitely be back and will certainly take your menu for inspiration if I ever open a Trattoria della Pasta.
