Pretty good, pleasant staff, but extremely slow service. With our two children, it was difficult to keep them occupied in the heat inside. We'll be back.

Passing through Fougères after our stay in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, we had lunch here one day. A typical brasserie, they serve simple but very well-prepared and delicious dishes. The prices are very reasonable. And the waitress was lovely and smiling.

We've been to Le Bretagne restaurant several times now and we appreciate the simple cuisine and the atmosphere. Everything is homemade, which is quite rare and worth mentioning. I recommend this restaurant. Remember to make a reservation.

Crêperie Tivabro

04/09/2026: A peaceful break after visiting the castle. We enjoyed a meal on the terrace at the back of the crêperie; the flambéed crêpe was excellent. The waitresses were friendly and smiling, a real plus compared to the crêperies facing the castle.
03/09/2026: The whole thing is a bit overhyped. Arriving near the end of service, we waited 45 minutes before our first bite (we had been told to expect a 15-minute wait). Everything seemed disorganized, even though there were only four people on board. The galettes were classic and good. A shame about the disappointing experience.
