Nothing to say, always top-notch.
A big thumbs up for Marjo.

After a personal recommendation from a friend, we found this place to be completely mediocre. The food was not well seasoned. The fish of the day was tasteless and full of bones. The steak was good. And this would normally be no big deal but everything we ordered was about 30 euro so we were in for over 100 for 5/10 food. They also would not let adults split entrees. A real bummer.

Exceptional.
Simple dishes (not an insult as they have been well thought out) but each one sparkles.
Excellent team and an amazing night. Each dish was wow!

We heard great things so we went for dinner…before leaving we had a reservation to return - it’s that good. We chose to sit at the table near the fire - it was dinner and a show as the chef is beyond impressive with his ability to perfectly time every single meal. All dishes come out at the same time - cooked to perfection. Will recommend this place again and again.

Got a table with a view of the oven, Dinner and a show! The streak and sea bass were world class. 3 different cut of 3 different meats and all times perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful. We made a reservation for the following night before we left.

If you're in Antibes and want to experience authentic Provençal cuisine in a cozy setting, a stop well worth making is Le Brûlot, a historic restaurant in the heart of the old town.
Located in Vieil Antibes, this restaurant welcomes guests within ancient stone walls and a warm, informal atmosphere. The restaurant is known for its wood-fired Provençal cuisine, featuring generous meat dishes and fresh fish of the day. Among the most popular specialties are magret de canard, côte de bœuf, and various Mediterranean fish such as loup, daurade, and rougets.
During my visit, I particularly appreciated this simple yet flavorful cuisine: the grilling gives the dishes an intense and authentic character, perfectly in line with the gastronomic tradition of Southern France. The setting is both intimate and lively, with closely spaced tables and a very convivial atmosphere.
Fun fact: Le Brûlot has been welcoming guests to the historic center of Antibes for over twenty years, becoming a go-to restaurant for those seeking local cuisine cooked over a wood fire.
It's worth stopping here if you want to discover authentic Provençal cuisine, away from the more touristy harborside eateries.
A little tip: the restaurant is quite small and very popular, so reservations are a good idea, especially during high season.
If you're exploring Antibes and want to enjoy a traditional dinner with authentic Provençal flavors, Le Brûlot is definitely worth a visit. 🍷🔥
