Very welcoming, excellent value for money. We had the beef fillet and the grilled hanger steak; it was superb, cooked to perfection. I'll be back.

For my first dinner in Caen, choosing this restaurant was a happy accident, and what a happy accident it was! A warm and friendly welcome, excellent value for money. The dishes were fresh and generous. And a big thank you to the owner for providing the apron.

Also, if you'd like to try snails, they sometimes have them on the menu. The staff is incredibly attentive to their customers. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this establishment!

BUT THE WINE (from the European Union) IS NOT GOOD...!!! Soul Ship café restaurant

03/01/2026: If you do your children the honor of buying them "Potato Pops," they'll have the pleasure of reading "CUM" on the packaging. Those with even a basic understanding of English will know why this is problematic… Anyway, the place is perfect for a family setting… let's not even mention the drunks in the corner of the bar who talk very loudly and even seem to disturb the staff with their highly inappropriate remarks; I feel sorry for them.
