Excellent welcome, in a very cute setting with original decor that works very well.
And above all, very accommodating... I would have given a 6th star if it had been possible!

Pleasant and exotic setting, correct welcome without more...
Portions of both beef and aligot really too small, the same for the cheese (3 ridiculous slices). Plus there wasn't enough cheese in the aligot...
Homemade desert pie apparently tasteless...
However, we took the menu for 32 Euros.... For me it's 10 euros too much...

Impeccable everything is 👌. Except that on the internet the price is displayed at 28€, now it has gone to 32€. But hey, we had fun, and that's the main thing.

We had lunch at midday in this restaurant, a superb discovery, which takes you right into the heart of Aubrac. Authentic decoration, typical dish and very pleasant service. We opted for the discovery menu with farçous, aligot and sausage then a good little blueberry tart, excellent

Nous avons déjeuné à l'intérieur ce qui nous a permis de nous imprégner de la vie des bergers. Tout est régal entre les farçous et l aligot ( lemeilleur du coin). Un service en douceur sans fausse note.

Un cadre fort sympathique, des personnes qui restent souriantes malgré le monde, des plats typiques de la région bien servis. A la fin, le patron nous offre gentiment de l'alcool de poires, ce qui fait toujours plaisir. Bref, un endroit à recommander en Aubrac.
