Le Cabanon sur Ajaccio

Everything is perfect, from the welcome to the plate. I spent wonderful evenings at the Cabanon. What a luxury to know what you eat. The cook is exceptional, the boss knows his job and the work of sourcing the products is remarkable. Bravo for your work and thank you for the beautiful moments we are experiencing thanks to you.

Superb discovery! Fresh, homemade products, dishes to share...or not. All flavors are perfectly balanced. Everything is cooked with love and passion. Very pleasant exchange with Mr. serving and Mrs. in the kitchen who takes the time to go around the tables at the end of the service. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Ajaccio. Well done, don't change anything.

Le cabanon is an address that I recommend, for lovers of seafood you will find a taste in the mouth of the flavors of Ajaccio.

Unjustified value for money. The 4 dishes that I was able to taste were good without being exceptional in terms of the bill (Cash only, credit card not accepted). I have had better taste experiences in this price range. The dough dishes are all prepared in house so the waiting time was long and like some other comments it is true that the quantity is a little tight (6 ravioli and not one more). Boss not very talkative but helpful. I think there are better things around.

Great little address in the heart of the Citadel of Ajaccio. Very good products, simple, fine and delicious cuisine!

Les plats sont super bons et biens travaillés. La cuisinière est très souriante du fond de sa cuisine. En revanche le patron on a carrément l'impression de l'emmerder ! Les portions sont plus que légères ! N'y allez pas si vous avez très faim. En un mot très cher pour ce que c'est !

certes le lieu est exceptionnel mais bien loin du rapport rapport qualité prix qui lui est très moyen pour ne pas dire autre chose. ce lieu mériterait une cuisine de qualité supérieure, au même prix que ceux pratiqués.
