I think it's quite delicious. It's very elegant to eat in a department store with beautiful lighting. I didn't expect Google to be so miserable, let's help it rehabilitate itself. The service was average but not terrible. The waiter probably couldn't stand my broken French and took the initiative to speak English.

A magnificent place under the glass roof of the department stores, excellent cuisine served with a smile and kindness! The tartare is excellent, prepared with quality meat and not minced meat like in some places! And to finish, a divine brioche!!! In short, a delicious moment with smiling staff....thank you

10/03/2024: I have lunch there once a week. Very strategic location: at the exit of the Concorde metro and opposite the entrance to the Tuileries gardens. The food is halfway between a snack and the typical French food sought after by Americans. A mix between junk food and good healthy balanced salads. The decor is an Americanized French bistro decor. The brand is part of the Costes chain. The staff is wonderful. He recognizes the regulars. The cook adapts to food intolerances. I highly recommend.
