The place was cramped, the food was mediocre, and the service was too rushed. We had to call the waiter several times to complete our order because he would come, listen to one order, and then leave to serve another table. It was exhausting. If you want something cheap and good in France, you'll find better options.

We dined inside, in an air-conditioned room. The dishes were excellent, with top-quality pasta. The beef tartare was delicious, with perhaps a few too many pieces of raw onion. We thought it was a typical tourist restaurant, but we were surprised; the food was truly delicious. The staff was friendly and polite.

The steaks were practically dying; we've eaten much tastier steaks in Türkiye. The fries were mediocre, the chicken tasteless, none of the dishes were seasoned, and while the onion soup is a matter of taste, we liked it. The sauces were average. The service quality was good, but the price was expensive considering what you ate.

18/08/2026: The service was incredibly slow; we waited half an hour for our order, and even those who arrived after us were served before us 😕😕 This is deplorable for a fast food restaurant.
07/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to the two team members who were there that day: the person serving the trays and the one cleaning the dining area. Unfortunately, I don't have their names, but I hope they recognize themselves. A very warm welcome despite the crowds and the rush hour. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially with our baby, and the dining area was very well maintained. It was truly a pleasure and a real step up from other McDonald's. Thank you to them for their kindness and attentiveness!

02/08/2026: After visiting the Calder exhibition, we had lunch at Le Frank and were very satisfied. The service was excellent and the maître d'hôtel very friendly. Good atmosphere and beautiful view. We can't understand the negative reviews. MH H-Desrue
