You have to go to the bar to be served; there are no waitresses. No kitchen.

I don't find it as bad as some of the reviews suggest. Only used for drinks. I agree with another comment that if outside you are better off ordering inside and then going to your table, otherwise there might be a wait. The service can be imperfect, but I feel that if I kept visiting I would get to like them. You may need to be clear with your order. The server didn't seem to know what a bière blanche was, even though it is on the pump (La Bête Blanche). All OK in the end. Opens a bit later on a Sunday than some other bars.

Since the change of ownership, I think things have changed a lot.
