Le Café Rouge sur Dinard

A real treat for gourmets. The menu is varied, the dishes are very well presented. The only downside was that one of the waiters was not pleasant, even rude, when he wanted to pass by and we were on his way when paying, and we saw him give away cutlery that had fallen on the floor. Too bad because the rest of the team was perfect.

Cuisine très bien préparée, cuisson parfaite du poulet. Pour un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le tout avec le sourire. Nous avons attendu 45 minutes entre l'entrée et le plat, mais c'était le WE du 15 août et le restaurant était bondé

Good and friendly food, the boss is adorable and welcoming. The little word that goes well with joking with customers and even with children. (Serves flat beans instead of fries 😂) I recommend without problem. Serious establishment

Decent dinner for two. Not very tasty sea bass tartare, monkfish curry nothing more (much better and cheaper at the Source des Lys in Pornichet). We expected stronger flavors for this price.

This is my 2nd time and I love the cuisine everything is local Brittany the employees are great the perfect boss magnificent setting Dinard is splendid what can I say go for it! Thank you for everything and see you soon

We arrived short before 2pm when the kitchen is supposed to close, they checked the status and welcomed us with open arms! Super friendly, great service, totally child friendly and delicious food! Definitely a keeper!

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and we booked a table for 7.30pm on a Saturday. We arrived on time and were shown to our table by the window enjoying a sea view. Surprisingly it was not busy. Once again choosing the menu which can be of 2 or 3 courses. My starter was Cancale oysters, my wife chosing salmon tartare in sesame, it was not smoked salmon! Both were enjoyable. I followed with entrecôte steak with chips and poivre sauce. Nothing exceptional except the steak was very tender. My wife’s sea bass was the more appealling and was served with a type of deconstructed ratatouille. My chocolate fondant was just right, and came with a caramel sauce. My wife profiteroles was served in a classic manner. Prices are a little steeper here than nearby restaurants and we found the difference hardly justified. The outside terrace is not furnished as stylishly as the interior but offers good views of the sea at Plages l’Ecluse
