This is a lovely place and great food. However, we visited because of the website reference to children’s pottery activity - to find it just wasn’t on when arrived. So check if you have children.
If you are looking for a charming, quiet place, surrounded by vineyards, this is a magnificent place to eat, have a coffee or an ice cream, this place is Le Caillau. The calm and charm of this place make you feel like you are on vacation under the trees, the coolness to relax and enjoy a good time. I will soon return to this unique place.

Last night had a fantastic meal absolutely faultless from beginning to end topped off with a great wine. All set in the most romantic setting in the heart of the vineyards. Absolutely stunning we will definitely be back. Thank you both.
It's such a beautiful 😍 place! We only stopped for a coffee and dessert, but thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly chat with the owner ❤️ Hopefully, we can come back in summer when the vineyards around are lush green 💚
First, we had a lovely time with Caroline, where the children and I painted some lovely pieces of pottery in a simple and relaxing way. Second, we combined business with pleasure. To collect our creations, we booked a table at Chas's restaurant… Excellent and refined cuisine made with fresh produce. We highly recommend discovering this multifaceted place.
