02/09/2026: I went to the drive-thru and a cheeseburger was missing from my order (mistakes happen!). When I spoke directly to the staff in the restaurant, I was helped by an extremely professional and pleasant young man. Not only did he apologize for the omission, but he immediately made up for it by adding some nuggets. Excellent customer service and a very appreciated gesture of goodwill – kudos to him!
